United is investing a lot of money into our company with new aircraft and we should be taking aircraft away from Mesa later this year which will drive our upgrade times down dramatically. If you get in now at 1500 pilots and we hire 600 or more in the next year, you are jumping way ahead in seniority. A lot of news coming this year and if it doesn’t turn out to be great, then you should consider GoJets which will offer a fairly quick upgrade, decent pay and new a/c.
