The previous poster answered it but put another way the LOC/DME E has no glideslope. Yes it’s a steep approach and requires more planning and setup in most aircraft. 6.59 degrees at 150 knots GND speed requires about 1750 ft/min decent. Not sure what the approach speed of the challenger is, but that should give hu an idea. Also point of interest it’s usually better to descend a little steeper into 15 since the visual glide path is only 3.5. If you don’t you may never catch the PAPI.
