Many Atlas pilots are predicting that a crash is on the horizon. The hiring minimums are at 1500 hours and an ATP. Upgrade is now under three years on the 767. What happens when you take a Captain with less than two years at the company, who was hired at minimum hours and place him with a new hire First Officer with minimum hours? Completely preventable and sad.
Sad that we all saw this coming but we were ignored. With absolutely nothing changing at the company and management going on like it is business as usual, it looks like we can expect the same result again. People need to be put in jail.
