2. there are 5-6 crews per cargo bid and it goes by seniority and there are two lines of flying, one goes to Lihue and the other goes to Hilo.
They fly maybe 4-5 trips per month and have multiple reserve windows that they are responsible for, some airport reserve and some short call.
3.yes you can bid cargo or pax flying. cargo goes senior. we have two freighters. one on the way.
