So I understand Expressjet's training has a great reputation and has been performed at their training building in the past. After reading the entire thread I also understand that FS sims are being used. My 145 type rating at Hobby was a pain in the ass with a rather unprofessional instructor. My checkride at STL FS was super professional tho.
My question is, will the training be as good as it's been in the past now that other centers have to be used?
I believe the FS facilities are being used but XJT instructors. At least that is how it was done in the past on the ASA side.
