Majority of guys/gals in my interview group had north of 5000 hours. Most had at least some TPIC, some 121, some had 135 or corporate. Average age was probably 35. Some were younger, in their late 20's, some were 55 or so.
It is obviously still competitive, and still a desired place to be.
