I think they need to be upgrading more than just 2 a month from now until August. Captains cycle through the FIFO twice as hard as FOs. The Company is so behind the curve, we are hiring for attrition that happened months ago. Can’t wait to see the grand plan for ILN. We need to upgrade like 4-6 a month and run a class of 10 FOs from now until the end of the year.
