You’ll have no trouble getting hired.
Problem is the “top” regionals right now have classes filled for many months in advance, so unless you’re willing to wait for a class, you may have to choose from the other regionals.
I’m in the same boat as you, and the advice I got from everyone was, choose a regional that you can be based where you live if possible, or one that has an easy commute as your number one priority.
After that, I suppose upgrade times are probably the second most important consideration. That’s basically why I chose Mesa.
