Compound it with little to no new hires last year and boom. SKW Inc., did a masterful job in ruining 2 great airlines.
You forgot Kalitta hiring about 150 pilots. Yeah, it’s good to get rid of the top of the list. But not in the span of about 4 months when added to the rest of the attrition.
