Just a friendly reminder, IFL 727 has an unusually high failure rate, even 100% at times. Your career can very well tank, over a few paychecks from this place. Some people think it’s worth a shot, other know better.
Fortunately on the CRJ side of things we have a high pass rate. We don’t just hand them out, but I’ve taught/checked since the beginning of the program and have not had to fail anyone yet. We’ve given people extra sim sessions if they are not ready, rescheduled checkrides. I can tell you every check airmen in this program has no motivation to mess up a persons career by handing out an undeserved failure.
