why do you think a masters degree is going to help you when a bachelors is all that’s required. Of all the things to exceed the minimums on, I’d put the degree requirement pretty far down the list. Work on check airman, safety position, etc. while you network heavily to get a PE before you waste time getting an advanced degree unless you just want one for other reasons. That’s definitely not the key to getting a call from FedEx.
So I had no personal endorsement, no check airman time, and 1036 hours PIC when FedEx called. I did have a fresh masters, though. So maybe it is a good idea. YMMV
