I don't want to hijack Fileater55's thread, but I started a related thread two days ago in the New Hire section titled "AE Corporate Culture." I've yet to receive any replys. I'd appreciate some feedback over there if y'all don't mind.
Back on topic, a friend of mine at ORD on the ERJ has been on reserve for a year, but still blocking 90+. I'm not sure what the reserve flying is like at the other bases and A/C. But it may have an impact on what base you choose.
