We may not know the full story here, maybe best to just wait and see. Who’s to say this is someone on probation and not a guy or gal from as early as 2015? (I suppose they’re still considered new hires to some).
I was a Sunday (vs Monday) hire, it seemed to work fine. Was grateful for it, woulda been the caboose for two weeks.. instead it was just for a night (didn’t get the vest though... maybe that’s the real issue here).
