Maybe, but they still have to see it and then post it. As an airline people view as caring with strong values, they took a strong hit on the front. My point was they hold their employees to those high standards pretty hard, not just at work but in the personal life, always about protecting the brand. And yet it was the uppers who dropped the ball and caused the brand to take a huge hit. Was just agreeing with the earlier post that even the top people make mistakes.
