Your math assumes normal attrition. XJT combined with the old ASA group makes for a very stagnant list. Honest question - how long have you been with the company and is this the only regional airline you’ve worked for?
Things are very similar at other regionals. At Mesa the top 90 percent of captains never changes. We cycle through FOs and the bottom 10 percent of captains.
