It was like pulling teeth just trying to get Atlas management to agree to pay parity for the Southern pilots. The Southern pilots asked for this starting 3 years ago and up until June 1, 2019 did not have full parity with their Atlas brethren. Now Atlas management spins it like it was their idea and they were happy to provide this. This battle is far, far from over for anyone thinking it will be resolved soon.
