With regard to the ANA Wings DCH8 T&Cs... They are on a "Gross" contract meaning the "Pilot" will pay all taxes except NHI... Natl, Prefecture, city and Natl Pension taxes to be paid thru payroll deduction... For planning us a .55 tax factor on ALL pay and allowances except perdiem for overnites... The Contract under offer is actually a direct contract with ANA Wings and not thru a Crew Lease Company...
Currently ANA Wings has NO TF/Expat pilots on staff... Mate was the last one to leave and he headed back to NZ about 18 months ago... Wings has had little interest when they were doing interviews in 2018 and I believe they are not actively seeking TF/Expats... That's what a Manager said early in 2019 in ITM...
