I was invited to a phone interview first and then responded with my availability dates. After the first two had passed without any response, I sent an email and then shortly after relieved the invite for a video interview instead. I unfortunately submitted my video interview on the evening of the 16th and haven't heard back at all. If you didn't get to the next level they would have told you. This isn't Delta. They have never been organized and never will be. No news is probably good news you're a contender until they tell you you're not.
This is good practice for if you actually get hired here.
