I don't know. We would only give up SOME of our seniority, generally get a higher payrate, get ACTUAL Profit Sharing, join a seniority list with massive retirements and if you consider your new seniority percentage in the context of UAL narrow-body pilots, probably wouldn't lose any relative seniority at all.
Obviously if you want to compare yourself to the top half of the seniority list that is on the wide-body aircraft, different story, but overall with the proper perspective, not as bad as some make it out to be in my opinion.
