I love all the big talk before those meetings, or what people are saying they are going to say or do. When the meeting is in session - crickets.
I surmised that this was their plan a long time ago.
He just confirmed it.
Satisfied that I am correct in my assumption.
So what do they know that we don't? Next big down turn in the pilot market just over the horizon? Flight schools are getting busy again, the words out that the pay is up and is a good career. Should a downturn happen relatively soon, it'll kill all of that, long term will be better for those currently employed and stay employed...
Sounds like they are aiming for a short term game plan for a downturn that may not happen.
