Could you please enlighten us all on the details of this hypothetical Amazon purchase you speak of? Also, could you all educate us on how great it is going to be to work for Amazon as well? Please do not spare any details. I would like to know why this will be one of the only airline transactions in modern history that does not happen in bankruptcy.
Also, why are the AAWW execs so fixated on being able to dry lease out our fleet of aircraft and refusing to tie our jobs to those aircraft?
I would say the chances of an AAWW bankruptcy and massive furloughs are a strong possibility at this point. However, similar to many of my colleagues in the past, I am sure you will be shocked and surprised when you read about it when the company makes the announcement.
