In my opinion, UPS's time honored policy of promoting from within, has been a failure. Sort of like marrying ones sister, for generations. The injection of fresh blood and fresh marketing ideas can only pay dividends in the long run. Good luck to Brian Newman in his new position. As a further benefit, I hear that there'll be Pepsi vending machines, offering free soda, at all stations throughout the organization.
