Left Compass about two weeks ago for bigger and better things (best of luck to all of you), recently renewed my AA flying benefits and they only took like $12 out of my last paycheck and has “Travelcard amount due - $62 and some cents”. $62 and some cents? Seriously? That’s like a Seattle parking ticket. If you really owe it you pay it (and in the case of the parking ticket be glad the car wasn’t towed). If you don’t owe it, you send them a letter explaining why you don’t owe it.
Who needs the drama over a one-time ever deal of $62 and some cents?
