Actually that’s not at all what I said. What I was getting at was a solution to the problem of having so many Sr pilots. A way to water them down as opposed to the Union’s plan of making things worse. The CA qualified pilots I was referring to are all of those qualified to be captain but are sitting behind the problem pilots.
You said Commutair has a problem of lack of Capt. qualified pilots. I guess you can’t just run one of these places with just new hires and quick upgrades.
