You have to also figure in where you will live as well. If you’re looking at commuting with a regular airline figure in the amount of time you will be gone commuting, especially until you have seniority to hold a line. Sitting reserve as a junior pilot don’t be surprised to be gone far more than 16 days if you’re commuting.
Live in base? Different equation.
