What street Captains? Street Captains are permanent. These guys are good for 276 or so days, then over to FO. Perhaps the company didn’t like the way things started out in the 767. Trying something new? Perhaps it us a request by DHL. Who really give a crap besides a few uninformed pilots. Bottom line it is allowed by contract so either live with it or change it in the next contract.
