CC76 year 17, yes they have a year 17 pay rate, is 244938. That is still a 22% premium required to get to 300K.

Oh and by the way a CC72/76 is working hard.

Everything that flies right now is making a ton of money. Be that some Mom/Pop charter outfit all the way to United, everyone is making money, everyone is expanding...

Like the other dude said, NOBODY who has left NJ has EVER mentioned they wish they could go back. That goes from the guy who left to join a flight school in SoCal (yes that happened) to the guys that went to Cathy, nobody has EVER wished to go back. That should tell you everything you need to know..

Good luck brah, remember snow board season is just around the corner, just pulled mine out of the locker....
The premium above base pay to get the numbers is really available. It is just earning it with tons of extended days and FDP pay. The FDP + night pay in the 350, Lattitude, and Phenom is going to average close 20K and another 10K into the 401K. There was also a one time bonus between 23 and 30K for captains this year that will lower the amount of pikots bringing 300K next year. If a pilot is making that money at NJA they will be doing their snowboarding on vacations and rarely on regular days off like you or others at airlines making good money without working nearly as hard or as many days.
