There are no Captains on Year 12 pay. Year 14 cc72 is 204K base plus 8K longevity bonus. From there on a working fleet, add 10% for regular overtime/holidays and another 30K for FDP and NFAD pay. If a pilot's sick bank is maxed at 24 days, then anything above that gets paid out as well. The base rates that are published have become a smaller percentage of our total pay since the 2018 contract was signed.
Pilots have no control over how much they fly in a tour. A pilots simple can’t choose between flying more or QOL. Extended days are base on approval. At NetJets, the only thing you have real control over is calling fatigue. Don’t get me wrong. It’s not the worst job. Actually it’s a very decent job. But Retractable shameless telling ppl that NetJets Captains making over 300k without breaking a sweat is just straight up lies. Netjets is better than other fractionals/regional and below the Ultra low cost airline. How long is this current contract? Another 8 years? The big 3 is currently in contract negotiations and southwest open theirs in March 2020.
