If (a big IF) the company continues to take airplanes while slowly disposing and inches up to 500 airplanes, they will have to hire since they cannot go below 5 per airframe and have stated they want to try 5.2 per airplane for a while. We are almost there and there are people leaving for one reason or another every month. They very well may need to hire 200 next year. This is one of the things I can actually agree with as long as that many airplanes actually come on property.
