John, $300k in small cabin is definitely doable, but to imply easy? Common man!! $300k small cabin implies working CC76 (19 days a month) PLUS another 3-4, plus never calling fatigued, plus selling back sick days plus working most holidays plus making big $$ with FDP. Again, doable, but I don’t know many people who want to work like this.
