Amen to this. There are so many bitter and angry pilots regardless of company. I wonder why they stay flying. I am not with Net but I did just leave the 121 world for fractional. 121 just wasn't for me.
121 wasn't for you as in you traded in a regional for frac I assume. Not a very good comparison, but if you're happy thats all that matters.
