Its real simple folks. Flows, limitations and memory items need to be down cold before day 1. They tell you this and give you plenty of time to master them before indoc. Then, just like any 121 training environment you work on systems, SOP’s in a FTD, and then sims. Dont get bogged down in all the “short training” whispers and psych yourself out. Training here is not that hard at all. In fact I preferred it to my
old shop. It was about 4 weeks faster. With 3 less weeks of death by powerpoint. As long as you show up prepared with a good attitude, and have a good study habit, you will be fine. If I can pass with no issues, so can you!
