United decided on a new system and didn't come to an agreement with SkyWest, Republic, and Mesa. The new system drops SkyWest's priority
significantly.
It now looks like:
1. Own metal
2. Mainline
3. Express exclusive operators
4. Express non-exclusive (airlines that fly for United and at least on other airline)
5. Other airlines
United ALPA has declared that we don't have a valid jumpseat agreement with them. SAPA is saying the same as well, though for different reasons.
