Basically United move them down a step, so on United metal it's UA pilots,
Exclusively UAX regionals (like Air Wisconsin, who only flies for UA), then everyone else, including UAX regionals who also fly for DL, AA, etc. The same basic priority system also applies to exclusive UAX metal flights.
So now if a DL guy walks up and checks in for a UA flight before a SKW pilot does the DL guys goes first. They're basically lumping their non-UA-exclusive carriers in with every other airline out there on a first come first served basis.
This is slightly different than we do it as we have DL, then 9E, then connection carriers, then everyone else.
