There won’t be any “big” changes hoped for by the pilot group because it would cost money, better pay, improvements in logistics etc. iAero have bought the place to make money and it’s been making a lot of money for a few years so if it ain’t broke why fix it?
Pilots are leaving but hiring seems to be keeping up at the rate required by management, the usual suspects are still accepting flights for 300% or more, why would anything change?
