Here is what I know. No hotel points. Never heard of company paying for a hotel for personal use or booking rooms on your own and keeping points. No vacation/sick time at all. You get fuel points except with Atlantic FBO, which is used 90% of the time. You go to training on your DAYS OFF. The compensation posted on APC profile is assuming you work well over the hours needed to get hourly pay added, which doesn’t always happen.
If you live in Vegas your home a good amount. Trying to commute is hard because schedule changes all the time. Getting days off you want is difficult because not enough pilots. Medical plan is below average especially with family. Pilots are always leaving so that speaks for itself.
