That would be my guess as well. They started these expos when hiring was going consistently around 1000/year, but they stopped completely with the pause in hiring. While I don't think they ever actually had an official hiring "pool", they were running small interview groups and even then there was a 2 month or more (3-4 even?) wait from interview to class. Now that hiring is expected to be going full bore again I fully expect the expos to be back very soon.
