You’ve already been given good advice.
Some C172s don’t recommend slips with full flaps. Adding full flaps after taking out the slip is one way you could add drag and limit the float.
Considering your checkride is tomorrow, don’t overthink anything. Stay relaxed and confident and you’ll do fine
