They actually waited a whole 2 hours after the call to announce the lawsuit to compel the Teamsters to fork over a combined seniority list immediately. Don’t worry about established seniority integration law. Allegheny Mohawk anyone? Naw, just hand it over so we can start the 9 month pretend negotiate period so we can shove another bottom of the industry CBA down your throats and gut your scope even more in arbitration.

They actually said they want to negotiate scope last...so the clock will run out and that goes to Arbitration. Like last time the arbitrator will give the company everything they want, which will be sure to eliminate all remaining job protections for the pilots.

By the time “negotiations” roll around again a decade from now most or all of the aircraft will have been dry leased to Titan, Kalitta, ATI. No more pesky pilot group to deal with.

Three classes of 24 each planned in the next two months to backfill all the resignations to airlines that actually pay a professional wage. Fresh furlough bait is always welcome.
On the earnings called JD told the investors the lawsuits have come to a close. 2 hours later a lawsuit was filed to compel the ISL.

Mgmt has never wanted to CBA for the pilots. They actually chose giving up planes, turning a away business, parking planes over paying the pilots to stay.

There has been a steady decline of OT flying this month and the 4th qtr is supposedly the busy season.

I hope you can live on 62 hours and no OT. Giddy up.
