On reserve you’ll only be able to fly what you’re assigned. Unfortunately, YX’s reserve system is not based on seniority like the rest of the industry and there’s no way to say “hey choose me first.”

Yes, you can pick up trips out of another base as a line holder or reserve.

Once you are awarded a new base you won’t actually touch that base for 4 months.
