It is totally optional to work more than 20 days in a month. You get to choose how to take your 10 days off per month. So you can mix and match a few days here and the rest there to fit you personal needs. If you want to work extra days to make more $$$ you can. Seems like a good system to me.
It's also optional to provide a quality of life for your employee and working them over 20 days a month does not seem to embrace that concept. It is a LOUSY SYSTEM and one that should be avoided.
