I’m military and thought the same thing as nameuser. Only way a military guy wouldn’t understand the general bidding process is if they are very early in their decision to get out, like a few years away. Which is exactly what Nameuser eluded to.
Yeah that was all I was getting at. I mean I get not understanding how to bid with PBS but I would expect people know that you BID for schedules (or equipment) by the point they are accepting the job.
