If your goal isn’t staying at the regionals, then focus on the end goal that you have in mind. If you want to stand a chance at Delta or United, make sure that you have a 4 year degree and go where you can fly hard, upgrade quickly, and do everything possible to build a high quality application in the shortest amount of time. If AA is the end goal, try to get on with one of their flow partners and maintain a clean work record. You will be better served in the long run if you attack your time building years and wait until you are where you want to spend the rest of your career before QOL becomes your main focus.
