Also trying to decide between 320/737 as I start new hire training in January (I'm old so I imagine I'll have the choice). I'll be commuting from ATL for the short term and looking for the easiest commute and quickest QOL advancement. Eyeing DCA or MIA if available to start. Will choosing 737 create a vastly better QOL over the next year? I don't have shiny jet syndrome but the Bus would be nice. Gladly sacrifice it though if the 737 will give me much better movement as I plan out the long game. Likely a relocate to DCA or DFW eventually. The Airbus is just a totally better machine, for me. Flew the 737 for 23 years and 17000 hrs. Then the Airbus. Now kicking myself for not going to the bus far sooner. The quality of life is so much better on the Bus, especially the cooling and noise. Go to the bus and never look back.
