Thank you and congratulations on closing! The problem with a lot of lenders/underwriters is they just don't see pilot pay that often so they don't underwrite our income correctly. They love to try to use a 24 month variable income average which isn't accurate at all based on our CBAs. HR at most airlines also doesn't do a good job with the verification of employment documentation either which makes the problem worse. Being airline pilots and doing loans for thousands of pilots over the last 13yrs is what makes us different. We appreciate you trusting us with such a big purchase!
