Sure there are. Ameriflight. Mountain Air Cargo. Key Lime Air. Even Southern is hiring at ATP mins for the 737.
All of those are your typical TP out and back carriers that only get 3-500 hours a year. I know those exist, I was hoping there was an operation that operates smaller jets with regional hiring mins. I know QOL and all that holds value but unless something keeps me from joining the regionals when I hit my mins in a few months I can't see a reason to go any other route.
I see Southern does have pretty low minimums but I imagine in this environment hire at their Preferred or higher levels which is +500 hours of Turbine. After digging deeper into Key Lime I see they are starting to get some Dornier but their pay/benefits/and training contract just isn't comparable to the regionals.
