Is the guaranteed interview to Hawaiian even worth applying to or is it better to just apply off the street? Also, how many days can a junior FO expect to get off?
typical schedules are ether AM or PM, both have two aircraft operating. One is dedicated to JHM and the other Lanai and Molokai with some variation.
they each have show times about an hour apart.
they are all 6 legs per schedule with the exception of an occasional 8 leg morning.
there is no guarantee interview at Hawaiian. if you are accepted into the flow program, then yes.
is there still a guarantee after two years, I am not sure.
All lines are pretty much the same, they're are no lines dedicated to Reserve.

you will be scheduled for about 18 days of duty, and of those 18 days you may only have 10 flying days. so about 30 hours per month average.
can you trip trade and fly more, yes. also trade with others for days off.
