It is for now...
325 FOs remain to be upgraded in about 4.5 years at the current rate of upgrades per month. Personally, I believe that rate will increase at some point in the future.
After the 325 next for upgrade, there was a period of no hiring from 2008-2015. The most senior FO of that next group was hired in 2015... so 4-5 years of service is where they are.
If the rate of upgrades remains constant, we’ll have a 10 year upgrade at that point. Subject to change with an increase in hiring and upgrades as NetJets grows.
