How about Allegiant? Just for the metal. They’ve got a fleet of new and used buses. Paint SWA on the side and start plugging them in to the city pairs where the Max was intended. December 31st Allegiant ceases doing business. January 1st it’s all SWA with a 5 year fence around the Bus to give them time to integrate the operations. Just spitballing here.

Spirit is 3B
Frontier is publicly owned
JetBlue is 6.14B
Looks like Allegiant has a planned fleet count of 111. Spirit - 193. Frontier - 211.
Allegiant has the smaller pilot group but uses bases in almost every city so not sure how displacement costs would factor in. We’d prob gut their travel agent side of business. Get more planes with Spirit or Frontier for not much more money it looks like.
