One great part of the Expressjet contract is the 6 month rehire program. If you move up from Expressjet to a bigger airline, then either wash out of training or get furloughed, you can come back without rehire and retaining seniority within six months of leaving.

If they furlough, this is going to be a nice to have for everyone who has left in the last 4-5 months.
